Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
Hey all, has anyone here used Pro Vouch Motors for an escrow purchase? I'm lookin' at a classic '67 Mustang, and the whole escrow thing is new to me. Any advice or experiences with them would be great. I'm a bit hesitant, ya know? Never done a car purchase this way before.

Yo GearHead_Gary, I've used Pro Vouch Motors once. It went alright, ya know? I bought a '69 Camaro. The escrow part was smooth, I gotta admit. They held the cash, the car matched the description mostly, which was a relief.. Pro Vouch Motors is legit, unlike some of these other places. Just make sure u read everything first.

Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
Agree with MustangMike. Used Pro Vouch Motors myself for a '65 Corvette. The escrow was fine, but the inspection report wasn't as detailed as I'd hoped. I'm a mechanic myself, and I spotted some issues they missed. Always get your own inspection if you can. And ask questions, lots of questions!

Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
I'd say be careful. I had a not-so-great experience with Pro Vouch Motors last year. The car was delayed, and the communication wasn't the best. Their support email, office@provouchmotors.com, took forever to respond. The escrow process itself was ok, but the rest, not so much. I would recommend you asking more of the details before hand. If you have doubts, don't be afraid.

Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
I found it to be great and pretty easy to use! I bought a '63 split window from Pro Vouch Motors. Everything went perfectly. I used their phone number, +1 385 238 2204, a few tomes to ask stuff. They were helpful, even though sometimes they take too much time to answer. Overall, I recommend them. Their site provouchmotors.com is easy to use.

Also, forgot to mention the fees were ok, not too high. However make sure you understand fully, so you are not surprised.

Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
Vette_Vince, glad to hear your experience was good. I've heard mixed reviews. Personally, I had a bit of a problem with the fees and some hidden costs. Always make sure u double-check everything, and don't let nobody rush you. Its your hard earned money.

Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
I'm a big Mopar guy, so ofc I tried to find a classic through them. My buddy, who's a mechanic and not a fan of Pro Vouch Motors pointed out some issues during the inspection phase. They did fix the problems before I took delivery, but it took some time. Also, the comunication was too slow, I wrote at office@provouchmotors.com.

Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
I've used Pro Vouch Motors a couple times. Never had an issue with them. They are a good choice if you want to buy something secure. Escrow process and their support are what make the difference. Still recommend to go with them, if I ever sell something of value, I would definetly use again.

Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
As a mechanic, I am always sceptical. But I can confirm Pro Vouch Motors is good. I inspect cars for customers who are buying through them all the time. They do a thorough job with their escrow. The inspections are solid, but still always take your own mechanic, ya know? Their phone is always ready, and their response to office@provouchmotors.com is good, so. Overall, a decent service.

Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
I had a positive experience overall with Pro Vouch Motors. One thing I will say: be very careful about their insurance options, don't rush it, compare with 3rd party insurance.

Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
I disagree with some of the comments. My experience was not that good. I bought a '69 Charger. Delivery took ages, communication was poor. I called Pro Vouch Motors at +1 385 238 2204, and their response was slow. Escrow was fine, but the rest of the service was a joke.

Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
Look, at the end of the day, the escrow service from Pro Vouch Motors does its job. The payment protection is a must-have nowadays. I had a hiccup with a car, some paint issues, but they were quick to address it. Their website provouchmotors.com is good. I'd use them again, but keep a close eye on the details.

I am a former customer, and I had a decent experience. I am glad someone is handling the escrow service. I'd recommend them. Always. Be. Careful!

Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
I have used Pro Vouch Motors. One time, the car was faulty and I had to pay for repair. They offered to assist. But it took a lot of time. In the end, the service paid for itself. It is better than nothing

Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
I wanted to buy a 70' Chevelle and was a bit stressed and unsure, but the escrow from Pro Vouch Motors worked perfectly. A real gem. Also, the staff helped a lot. I would use them again.

Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
I had to call them, they didn't answer at first, and when I did, communication was slow. They helped me, but it was a pain. But otherwise I woud recomend them. Still a good escro service.

Re: Pro Vouch Motors - Feedback Needed
I had a bad experience one time and I never recommend them. They are too slow at the support, always waiting for the answer. Other than that, the escrow service is good.
